What Olune is

Olune is a tool that helps you think more rigorously about a SaaS idea. It does NOT decide whether your idea will succeed — its verdict is one signal among many. The judgment is yours.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account. No sharing credentials.
• We can suspend an account that abuses the service (excessive automation, fraud, illegal content) at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Don't use Olune to:

• Generate content that violates any law.
• Try to extract our prompts, model weights, or internal logic via prompt injection or otherwise.
• Scrape or hammer the API beyond your plan's rate limits.
• Train competing models on output you generate here.

Your content, your IP

The validations, ideas, scores, and reflections you create are yours. We do not claim any ownership. We need a limited license to STORE and DISPLAY your content back to you in order to operate the service — that's it.

AI output disclaimer

• AI output (ideas, scores, research summaries, verdicts, action artifacts) is generated by language models that hallucinate. We make no warranties of accuracy.
• Research data (keyword volumes, competitor info, community quotes) comes from third-party APIs and reflects their data quality at the time of the call.
• None of this is business, legal, or financial advice. Treat verdicts as structured second opinions, not decisions.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantees. The service depends on third parties (Supabase, Vercel, OpenRouter, Serper, DataForSEO) — outages there will affect us.

Pricing & billing

Free tier limits are shown in the app. Paid plans (when introduced) are billed monthly, cancelable any time, with no refunds on partial periods.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olune is provided “as is.” In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or US$50 if you used only the free tier).

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing replace-with-your-real-email@example.com. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We'll update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
