Olune for Business · Founding partners
Board-ready answers to the decisions on your desk
Olune for Business learns your company once, then turns any problem you bring into a structured recommendation: options, trade-offs, real numbers, and a plan you can hand to your leadership team. Consultant-grade work, without the five-figure invoice.
How it works
01Tell it your business once
A guided 20-minute interview plus the documents you already have (P&L, pricing sheet, org chart) become a knowledge base of facts about your company. You can see, edit, and correct every single fact.
02Bring any decision
A price increase. A second location. A cash crunch. A key hire. Describe it in plain language; it asks at most a handful of clarifying questions and skips everything it already knows about you.
03Get a board-ready memo
Executive summary, two to four options with trade-offs and real numbers, a recommendation, a 30/60/90 plan, risks, and every assumption labeled. Export to PDF and hand it to your leadership team or your bank.
04It compounds
Every answer, correction, and outcome flows back into the knowledge base. Your fifth solution needs half the setup of your first, and the recommendations keep getting sharper.
Three things it will never do
Consultant-grade means defensible. These rules are built into every solution.
It never invents your numbers
If the data for an analysis is missing, the memo says so and proceeds with clearly labeled assumptions you can correct. Facts and assumptions are visually distinct in every document.
It never gives generic advice
Every recommendation cites the specific facts about your business it rests on. If the knowledge base is thin, it tells you exactly what to add instead of pretending.
It never plays lawyer or accountant
This is decision support, not professional legal, tax, or financial advice. Questions that need a licensed professional get redirected to the part of the problem it can responsibly analyze.
The founding-partner deal
A single consulting project runs $5,000 to $50,000. Five founding companies get Olune for Business at $149 per month, locked for as long as you stay, with:
- Hand onboarding with the founder, on a call, not a wizard.
- Every solution reviewed by a human before delivery in your first month.
- A direct line for feedback, and real influence on what gets built next.
- Cancel anytime. If you leave, you keep every exported document.
We hold ourselves to the same standard as our product: at day 90 we look at whether this paid for itself, and the numbers make the call.
Your data, plainly
- Your workspace data is never used to train AI models.
- Each company's workspace is isolated. Nothing is shared across customers.
- Email us and everything is deleted within 7 days. Our privacy policy applies as written.
Questions
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
Three ways. It knows your business: every solution is grounded in a knowledge base of your real numbers, customers, and constraints, and that context compounds with use. It produces a document, not a chat: options, trade-offs, a recommendation, and a plan in a format you can hand to your leadership team. And it is honest about its inputs: every fact is cited and every assumption is labeled, so you can see exactly what a recommendation rests on.
What kinds of problems can I bring it?
Pricing changes, expansion decisions, hiring plans, cash-flow crunches, marketing budget allocation, buy-versus-build calls, and similar operating decisions. It does not do legal opinions, tax filings, or personnel decisions about named individuals.
How much setup time does it take?
About 20 minutes for the guided interview, plus dragging in whatever documents you have handy. Your first solution can run the same day. The knowledge base gets richer as you use it, not as homework.
Who sees my data?
Your workspace is isolated to your company and your data is never used to train AI models. During the first month, solutions are reviewed by the founder before delivery as a quality check; that is disclosed here because you should know a human sees them. You can have everything deleted within 7 days by emailing us.
What does founding partner actually mean?
Five companies, hand-onboarded, at $149 per month locked for as long as you stay. You get a direct line to the founder, your solutions get human review in the first month, and you shape what gets built. In return the product is early: some things will be rough, and your feedback is the point.
What happens after I apply?
You get a reply within two business days. If it looks like a fit, we do a 30-minute call to understand your business and the decisions on your plate, then onboard you. Applying commits you to nothing.
